The Santa Fe Police Department is investigating the following reports:
  • A 1989 Ford Bronco parked at Auto Care 2000 was burglarized late Friday or early Saturday. The passenger side front window was broken to gain entry.
  • A purse containing several credit cards was stolen Saturday from a 2003 GMC pickup parked in the 1700 block of Camino de la Cruz. A passenger-side window had been broken out.
  • A purse containing an iPod and $23 in cash was stolen Saturday from a 2006 Honda van parked outside the United Church at 1894 Arroyo Chamiso.
  • A laptop computer, a camera and jewelry were reported stolen Saturday from a residence in the 700 block of Agua Fría Street.
  • Police responded Saturday to a report of aggravated battery of a household member at a residence in the 1700 block of Montero Street.
The Santa Fe County Sheriff's Department is investigating the following reports:
  • Joseph Phillipovich, 29, no address given, was arrested Saturday on charges of battery against a household member and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Assorted gems and jewelry valued at $34,500 and a leather jacket were reported stolen Sept. 29 from a residence on Zambra Way. Entrance was made through an unlocked door.
  • A broken-down 2004 Jeep Cherokee was reported stolen Saturday from alongside U.S. 84/285 near mile marker 171.
  • Sixteen video games, two knives, $20 in cash and pain pills were reported missing Saturday from a residence on Patricia Place in Edgewood.
  • Tools including a sander, caulking gun and 20 paint brushes were reported stolen Friday from a truck parked in front of a residence on Cypress Street.
  • Several power tools were stolen Friday from a garage on Lomas de la Cruz. The tools were valued at $4,490. Glass was broken on a south-side door to gain entry.
DWI arrests
  • Angel Trejo, no age given, of Santa Fe was arrested Friday on charges of drunken driving, concealing her ID and possessing an open container of an alcoholic beverage in her vehicle after a traffic stop on Siler Road.
