The Santa Fe Police Department is investigating the following reports:
  • A vehicle parked in the 1400 block of Zepol Road was burglarized late Wednesday or early Thursday. It was unclear whether anything was stolen.
  • Pat Romero, 46, of Santa Fe was arrested Friday on charges of driving on a suspended or revoked license after a traffic stop near Fifth and Hopewell streets.
  • A 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix was stolen late Thursday or early Friday near a residence in the 2200 block of Miguel Chavez.
  • A 23-year-old Española man was robbed of $450 and beaten about 6 p.m. Friday near Lopez Lane and Rufina Street. Three males dressed in black clothing struck him in the face and fled with the money.
The Santa Fe County Sheriff's Department is investigating the following reports:
  • Construction tools were stolen late Friday or early Saturday from a storage room at a construction site in the 7600 block of Old Santa Fe Trail.
  • A passport, a green card, a Los Alamos National Laboratory badge, a computer and a TV with a total value of $5,900 were stolen Friday from a residence on Sierra Road.
DWI arrests:
  • Heather Perez-Vigil, 31, address unclear, was arrested Friday on charges of DWI, possession of a controlled substance and not staying in her lane of traffic after a traffic stop at Jaguar and Cerrillos roads.
