The Santa Fe Police Department is investigating the following reports:

• Earrings valued at $1,000 and $200 were stolen Tuesday from a residence in the 1200 block of Vegas Verdes Drive.

• Someone shattered the front passenger window and stole a purse Thursday from a vehicle parked in the 200 block of Murales Road.

• Crystal J. Maes, 22, of Santa Fe was arrested Friday on charges of driving on a suspended license, concealing her identity, resisting or obstructing an officer, and multiple traffic offenses after a traffic stop Friday at Cerrillos and Siler roads.

• Police responded to an unattended death late Thursday at a residence in the 3000 block of Siringo Road. There were no indications of foul play, according to the police report. The victim had a history of heart problems.

• Gerard Gonzalez, 30, of Santa Fe was arrested early Friday on charges of aggravated battery on a household member.

The Santa Fe County Sheriff's Department is investigating the following reports:

• Several power tools were stolen between 8 a.m. Wednesday and 6 p.m. Thursday from a residential garage on Aspen Road in Edgewood.

• A VCR and $400 in coins were stolen early Friday from a residence on Loma Vista in La Puebla.

• A resident on Dinkle Road in Edgewood reported early Friday that two men backed up a black truck to her home and entered the garage-sunroom area. The two apparently fled when they realized they were being watched.

DWI arrests

• Keith B. Luis, 25, of the Santa Fe area was charged Friday with aggravated DWI, negligent use of a firearm, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to dim lights after a traffic stop on Interstate 25 near La Cienega.

• Michael A. DeLong, 42, of the Santa Fe area was charged with DWI and failing to maintain his lane of the highway after a traffic stop early Friday at Cerrillos Road and I-25.
