The Santa Fe Police Department is investigating the following reports:

• A television was stolen between Saturday and Monday from a 1983 Ford Econoline motor home parked in the 1500 block of Shalako Way. Items inside the vehicle also were damaged.

• Officers arrested Elmer Cross, 40, 2863 Clark Court, on Thursday and charged him with criminal damage to property, disorderly conduct and two counts of battery on a police officer. Cross threw rocks at an ambulance parked in a parking lot in the 3200 block of Cerrillos Road, then became combative with officers.

• Police arrested Rafael Munoz-Medrano, 25, 2234 Rumbo Al Sur, on Wednesday and charged him with unlawful use of a license.

• Jewelry was stolen Wednesday from a home in the 2000 block of Calle Navidad.

• Three pieces of jewelry valued at more than $32,000 were stolen Monday from Manitou Galleries, 123 W. Palace Ave. The jewelry included two 14-karat gold and opal pendants and one 14-karat gold and opal necklace.

The Santa Fe County Sheriff's Department is investigating the following reports:

• An iPod and a 9mm handgun were stolen Thursday from an unlocked vehicle parked at the Country Club Mobile Home Park on Airport Road.

• Deputies arrested Jose Leyba-Guevara, 55, address unavailable, on Thursday and charged him with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Leyba-Guevara apparently became upset at a man at a residence in the 3900 block of Jaguar Drive because the man called him a " 'wet back,' just like him and all the other occupants in the residence," according to a police report. Leyba-Guevara pulled a knife and swung it at the man before the victim in the case and others at the home cornered Leyba-Guevara in a bathroom until deputies arrived.

• A gas stove and three guitars were stolen Wednesday from a residence on Scott Place.

DWI arrests

• Deputies arrested Trina Pliska, 50, address unavailable, on Wednesday and charged her with aggravated driving while intoxicated. Pliska admitted to drinking and taking prescription medication before driving.

Speed SUV

Today's location of the Santa Fe Police Department's mobile speed enforcement vehicle:

• From 7:25 a.m. to 8:15 a.m. and 2:10 p.m. to 2:55 p.m.: Nava Elementary School. When not parked at the school, the vehicle will be at northbound St. Francis Drive between Sawmill and Zia roads.
