The Santa Fe Police Department is investigating the following reports:

• An employee of Foot Action, 4250 Cerrillos Road, stole a bank deposit bag containing $1,427 on Monday.

• A television, lamps, a globe and clothing were among the items stolen Saturday from a locked storage unit in the 2600 block of Agua Fría Street.

• Two shotguns were stolen between Dec. 25 and Jan. 23 from a residence in the 300 block of Kearny Avenue.

The Santa Fe County Sheriff's Department is investigating the following reports:

• A 2001 Toyota 4Runner with the logo of "Comfort Doctor Heating and Cooling" on all sides of the vehicle was stolen Thursday from Sunset Road.

• Kenneth Romero, 45, 1009 Siringo Rondo, was arrested Wednesday and charged with failure to register as a sex offender.

The New Mexico State Police Department is investigating the following reports:

• Officers arrested Andrew Trujillo, 41, of Hernandez on Jan. 26 and charged him with driving with a revoked license and false evidence of title or registration. Trujillo was not arraigned at Santa Fe County Magistrate Court until Thursday because an officer didn't deliver his paperwork until Wednesday.

• Police arrested Dajuan Marcellus, 19, of Detroit on Wednesday after finding him and another man outside a car that slid off Interstate 25. Marcellus initially gave officers a fake name and then refused to provide his real name. Marcellus later became combative with officers and kicked out the back window of a police car. Officers later found two baggies of marijuana in Marcellus' sock. He was charged with criminal damage to property and resisting arrest.

DWI arrests

• State police officers arrested James Archuleta, 30, of Albuquerque about 8:45 a.m. on Wednesday after clocking his car traveling 101 mph in a 75 mph zone on Interstate 25. Archuleta told the officer he was late for work. After an officer smelled alcohol on his breath, Archuleta admitted drinking "a shot" before driving. Archuleta, who has one previous DWI, refused chemical testing.

• Pojoaque Tribal police officers arrested Jacob Mascarenas, 26, of Española on Thursday and charged him with DWI. Mascarenas admitted to drinking five shots at his friend's house before driving. His breath alcohol content was .09.

From 7:25 a.m. to 7:55 a.m. and 2:10 p.m. to 2:55 p.m.: Nava Elementary School. When not parked at the school, the vehicle will be parked on St. Francis Drive between Sawmill and Zia roads.
