The Santa Fe Police Department is investigating the following reports:
• Gary Gene Burr Jr., 35, of Reno was arrested on a Nevada state warrant Saturday charging him with two counts of trafficking in a controlled substance, maintaining a place for selling a controlled substance, and receiving forged instruments or bills. The arrest was made at Cerrillos Road and St. Francis Drive. Bond had been set at $109,500.
The Santa Fe County Sheriff's Department is investigating the following reports:
• Graffiti was sprayed late Saturday or early Sunday on buildings of Fire Fly Lighting on U.S. 84/285.
• A 2006 Subaru parked on Barton Road was burglarized Saturday, but nothing appeared to have been stolen.
• A radar detector was stolen Saturday from a vehicle parked off Ridgeline Road.
• Several rings were reported stolen about three weeks ago from a residence on Herrada Road.
• A television set was reported stolen Friday from a residence on County Road 84. The front door had been forced open.
• A purse was stolen Saturday from a vehicle parked at the Santa Fe Ski Basin.
DWI arrest
• Alfredo Reyes-Sereno, 51, no address given, was arrested Saturday on charges of driving under the influence, open container and failing to stay in his lane of traffic after a traffic stop at Camino Juliana and Airport Road.
