The Santa Fe Police Department is investigating the following reports:
A DVD player was stolen between Dec. 31 and Tuesday from a residence in the 400 block of Acequia Madre.
Someone broke a window at a home in the 2500 block of Calle Delfino on Monday and stole clothing belonging to the homeowner's runaway 15-year-old daughter.
A guitar and a pistol were stolen Sunday from Las Palomas hotel, 460 W. San Francisco St.
Officers arrested Fredrick Tixier, 47, of Santa Fe on Monday and charged him with driving with a suspended or revoked license, no insurance and having a fictitious license. His 1983 Mazda pickup displayed a registration that expired in June 2001.
The Santa Fe County Sheriff's Department is investigating the following reports:
A pair of skis were stolen Sunday from a rack at Ski Santa Fe.
Deputies arrested John L. Martinez, 26, of Pojoaque on Monday and charged him with battery on a household member.
DWI arrests
Deputies arrested Jennifer Arellano, 23, of Glorieta on Monday and charged her with aggravated driving while intoxicated, having an open container of alcohol in her car and no insurance.
State police officers arrested Crystal Martinez, 26, 5929 Jaguar Lane, on Thursday and charged her with aggravated DWI, resisting arrest and driving with a revoked license. Martinez's breath alcohol content was .20, more than double the legal driving limit.
State police officers arrested Jesus Vega III, 40, of Albuquerque on Thursday and charged him with aggravated DWI, driving with a suspended or revoked license, having an open container of alcohol in his car, no insurance and no seat belt. Vega was driving erratically on Interstate 25 before an officer pulled him over. When the officer approached the car, he found the stereo blasting and Vega "smiling in a carefree manner" though he "seemed confused and unresponsive," according to a police report. Vega declined a breath alcohol test.
State police officers arrested Mariscal Anselmo, 36, 19B Nambé East, on Jan. 20 and charged him with DWI.
