The Santa Fe Police Department is investigating the following reports:
A 52-inch television, a DVD player and a keyboard were stolen Sunday or Monday from a residence in the 7100 block of Calientito Loop.
An unknown person broke into a building in the 1500 block of 5th Street on Saturday or Sunday and stole a candy machine valued at $250.
The Santa Fe County Sheriff's Department is investigating the following reports:
An unknown person used a BB gun to break 17 windows in a mobile home on Tierra Amarilla Road in Chimayó on Saturday.
An English bulldog valued at $2,800 was stolen Monday from the front porch of a residence on Sycamore Loop in the Cottonwood Mobile Home Park.
An electric panel board and 30 electric breakers were stolen between Friday and Monday from a construction site on Dinosaur Trail.
Deputies arrested Brian Downey, 37, and Julia Downey, 40, on Monday after a domestic incident in the 100 block of Calle Debra in the La Cienega area. Julia Downey was charged with battery on a household member and two counts of resisting arrest, while Brian Downey was charged with resisting arrest.
Deputies arrested Fitz Jay, 23, address unavailable, on Monday and charged him with leaving the scene of an accident and reckless driving.
Deputies arrested Nestor Diaz, 30, address unavailable, on Sunday and charged him with aggravated driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident and careless driving.
Deputies arrested Francisco Ruacho-Romero, 35, address unavailable, on Saturday and charged him with DWI, driving with a revoked license and failure to dim headlights. Ruacho-Romero didn't dim his lights or move into the passing lane when he passed a deputy giving a ticket to another motorist on Interstate 25. The deputy later pulled him over and found he was intoxicated.
Deputies arrested Michael Johnson, 62, address unavailable, on Sunday and charged him with DWI and failure to dim headlights.
