The Santa Fe Police Department is investigating the following reports:

  • An unknown person fired eight gunshots at Cheeks, 2841 Cerrillos Road, on Thursday. No one was injured.
  • A woman reported Wednesday that she was approached by three men about 10 a.m. in the 1600 block of St., Michael's Drive who asked her for money. When she told them she had no money, one of the men punched her in the face. All three then threw her to the ground and attempted to find money on her. The men ran when the woman's friend came out of a nearby business.
  • An unspecified number of gunshots were fired at a residence in the 3800 block of Jaguar Drive on Wednesday.

The Santa Fe County Sheriff's Department is investigating the following reports:

  • Four chain saws, brush pruners, a water pump, an airbrush machine and a hedge trimmer were stolen Wednesday or Thursday from a residence in Pojoaque on N.M. 502.
  • Deputies arrested Conrad Reddick, 22, of Santa Fe on Thursday and charged him with driving while intoxicated after he was stopped for failing to dim his headlights. His breath-alcohol level was .11.
  • Deputies arrested Juan Ruvalcaba-Montes, 31, address unavailable, Wednesday and charged him with battery on a household member.
  • Jewelry and electronics valued at more than $5,000 were stolen Wednesday from a residence on Sunset Road in La Cienega after an unknown person kicked in the front door.
  • Deputies arrested Karina Bencomo-Marquez, 18, address unavailable, on Wednesday and charged her with battery on a household member.
  • Deputies arrested Jaime Erives-Chaparo, 29, address unavailable, on Wednesday and charged him with DWI, having an open container of alcohol in his car and careless driving. Erives-Chaparo admitted to drinking four beers prior to driving and had a breath alcohol content of .12.
  • Deputies arrested Sigifredo Ordonez-Castillo, 18, address unavailable, Wednesday and charged him with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
