The Santa Fe Police Department is investigating the following reports:

• Police arrested a juvenile male Saturday in the 100 block of Paseo de Peralta after he was caught trying to steal a bottle of wine from an area business. A victim in the incident suffered a broken jaw, according to a police report, though no other information was available.

• A computer was stolen Saturday from a residence in the 500 block of Franklin Avenue.

• Two laptop computers and a global positioning system were stolen Saturday from a residence in the 900 block of Osage Avenue.

The Santa Fe County Sheriff's Department is investigating the following reports:

• A Chimayó resident reported that three checks belonging to the Dardnelles Foundation were stolen from her residence on or about Oct. 26. The checks — worth $1,025 — were later cashed.

• Deputies arrested Guillermo Carrera, 18, of Las Cruces and Joe Forsyth, 18, of Santa Fe on Saturday after noticing their car weaving on N.M. 14. A deputy smelled marijuana coming from the car and, with consent, searched the car and found drugs and weapons. Forsyth was charged with possession of a controlled substance, conspiracy, unlawful possession of a handgun, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest, failure to maintain a traffic lane and possession of a deadly weapon. Carrera was charged with distribution of a controlled substance, conspiracy, unlawful carrying of a deadly weapon and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Deputies arrested Darryl Starkes, 24, of Santa Fe on Sunday and charged him with driving while intoxicated. Deputies pulled Starkes over after another driver reported he was driving recklessly. Starkes' breath alcohol content was measured at .10.

• Deputies arrested Zackary Trevizo, 21, of Santa Fe on Sunday and charged him with battery on a household member.
