The Santa Fe Police Department is investigating the following reports:• Robert B. King, no age given, 12 San Pedro Way in Santa Fe, was arrested Monday on a Municipal Court warrant on unspecified charges and released on a $300 bond.
• Jeremy M. Jenks, no age given, 1313 Calle Corazzi, was stopped by an officer Tuesday on Cerrillos Road and Early Street for driving with a broken tail lamp. Jenks was driving a green 1994 GMC truck on a revoked driver's license and was booked into the Santa Fe County jail.
• Ben Joe Sena, no age given, 2089 Camino Lado in Santa Fe, was arrested Tuesday after police tracked him in the James Avenue and Richards Avenue area. Sena fled an electronic monitoring office on Airport Road because a warrant had been issued for his arrest after he allegedly tested positive for cocaine.
• A handbag and jacket were reported stolen from a vehicle in the 100 block of Grant Street around 1 p.m. Tuesday.
• A woman reported Tuesday that earlier in the week an employee at her business in the 4200 block of Cerrillos Road might have unlawfully taken her credit card and attempted to use it.
• Speakers and an amplifier were reported stolen from a 2007 Mazda in the 1200 block of Declovina Street on Tuesday between midnight and 8:30 a.m.
• A woman was found dead Tuesday in a room at the Inn of the Anasazi, 113 Washington Ave. Police are investigating the unattended death, but foul play does not seem to be a factor.
• Police responded to a domestic disturbance report Tuesday in the 2900 block of Camino del Gusto and transported a juvenile on a bench warrant to the youth detention center.
• A man reported his wife's wallet missing from her purse Wednesday and said someone had used her debit card.
• Rudolph Roybal, 50, 3991 Camino Juliana in Santa Fe, was arrested Wednesday on Cerrillos Road on an outstanding Municipal Court warrant on unspecified charges. His bond was set at $500.
• Emilio Benitez Jr., no age given, 180 Valle Duran in Santa Fe, was arrested Wednesday at 3226 Rufina St., Apt. 14, on a Municipal Court warrant charging failure to comply and was booked into the county jail.
• A DeWalt metal chop saw was stolen from a truck parked in Lowe's parking lot, 3458 Zafarano Drive, on Tuesday between 10:10 a.m. and 10:27 a.m.
• Someone threw a large rock through the passenger side window of a 2008 Chevrolet Aveo parked in the 4100 block of South Meadows Road on Wednesday between 12:30 p.m. and 6:30 a.m., and stole an iPod nano and a radar detector.
• A woman reported Wednesday that her credit card had been taken the prior week and an unknown person had used it to make online purchases.
• Someone broke into a business in the 1700 block of Lena Street by forcing open a side door Tuesday night or Wednesday morning. Nothing was reported missing.
• A man in the 300 block of East Alameda Street reported seeing a suspicious old black 10-speed bicycle outside of his home around 11 a.m. on Wednesday and discovered his home had been burglarized. The burglar, reported to be a male around 30 years old, took an Acer laptop computer and $100 in cash and fled on the bicycle.
• Eddie Lobato, no age or address given, was arrested Wednesday in the 600 block of Alta Vista Street in Santa Fe, on charges of breaking and entering his mother's house, two counts of criminal trespass and possession of drug paraphernalia. Lobato was booked into the adult detention center.
• Phillip Talachy, no age given, of Albuquerque, was arrested Wednesday on N.M. 14 on a Bernalillo County District Court warrant charging failure to appear. Talachy was booked without bond into the Santa Fe County jail.
• A woman reported her vehicle was broken into at the Red Lobster, 4450 Rodeo Road, and a purse stolen Wednesday around 9 p.m.
• A woman reported Thursday that her New Mexico license plate 140NZC had been stolen from her vehicle on Wednesday in the 3100 block of Siringo Road.
The Santa Fe County Sheriff's Department is investigating the following reports:
• A man reported someone had unlawfully entered his home Wednesday on Bonanza Creek Road, possibly using a key, and stole several firearms, two flatscreen TVs, four 100-oz. silver bars, 500 1-oz. silver dollars and a silver necklace.
• Humberto Rizo, 26, 6169 Vuelta Ventura in Santa Fe, was arrested Wednesday on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after allegedly pointing a gun at his brother and threatening to shoot him if he didn't leave the residence.
• Joshua Shultz, 23, no address given, was apprehended on Interstate 25 near Santa Fe, transported and booked into the adult detention center Wednesday after a woman called 911 and reported he was following her. She claimed the man was trying to run her off the roadway to make her stop. New Mexico State Police apprehended Shultz at Santo Domingo Pueblo.
• Michael Miller, 49, no address given, was arrested on N.M. 599 on Wednesday after he was reported as driving recklessly in a hit-and-run crash on Airport Road. Miller was unable to perform field tests and after his arrest tested with a .36 breath-alchohol content. He was booked into the county jail. Police were unable to locate the hit-and-run victim.
• A woman reported her wallet stolen from her unlocked car on Vuelta Rael at the Tierra Rael Mobile Home Park on Wednesday. The wallet contained her driver's license, $20 cash and a debit card.
• Someone pried open a door to the Lucky Bean Cafe and Advantage Asphalt Inc. in the Rancho Viejo subdivision between Tuesday and Wednesday and stole several laptop computers, flatscreen TVs, cash and beer.
• Someone broke out all the windows at the Waldorf School at Puesta del Sol and Old Pecos Trail and the buses parked there on Wednesday. There are no suspects at this time. Damage was estimated at $30,000.
• On Thursday, several victims reported that someone had unlawfully entered their unlocked vehicles parked in the same area of Monte Alto Place in Eldorado and rummaged through the glove compartments. Radar detectors, CDs and cash were taken from the vehicles.
• A woman reported her boyfriend's 1997 Nissan Maxima was stolen from East Old Agua Fría Road on Thursday. The vehicle could not be entered in to national crime incident database because the complainant had no information on the vehicle.
