The Santa Fe Police Department is investigating the following reports:

  • A resident in the 4300 block of Calle Andrew reported her boyfriend threatened her with a wooden stool Friday.
  • Two males stole an $800 silver and amethyst necklace from a business in the 500 block of North Guadalupe Street on Saturday.
  • A female bidder used a credit card to pay for numerous items during a Cancer Institute Foundation auction at the Santa Fe Community Convention Center on Feb. 7, but the credit turned out to be declined.

The Santa Fe County Sheriff's Department is investigating the following reports:

  • Deputies arrested a 17-year-old boy Saturday off Airport Road on a charge of vehicle theft. The boy and several children were found in the car. The boy was wanted on a juvenile warrant, and the other children — including a runaway reported missing — were released to their parents.
  • Deputies are investigating an El Rancho woman's report that an unknown person has been stalking her and demanding money of her through text messages. The suspect has also alluded to knowing the victim's schedule and that of her children.
  • Deputies arrested Vernon Lucero, 52, on Saturday on Paseo C De Baca in La Cienega on a charge of aggravated assault. Lucero's neighbors reported that he has harassed them over the past year and threatened to shoot them and on Saturday walked to their house in a "menacing and threatening manner" while carrying a gun.
  • A woman reported Saturday her ex-husband broke into her home in La Pradera subdivision on Thursday, held her against her will for a few hours and pushed her before leaving. She was not injured. The case is under investigation.
  • An Entrada La Cienega resident reported her home was burglarized Saturday and that two pieces of jewelry worth $140 were stolen.
  • Deputies arrested Michael Motulewicz, 35, of Santa Fe on charges of driving while intoxicated and careless driving Saturday at Interstate 25 and N.M. 599. He was in a single-vehicle crash and had a breath-alcohol content of .13.
  • Someone broke into an Arroyo Griego home between 12:30 and 3:30 p.m. Friday and stole an Apple G4 laptop computer and miscellaneous jewelry, all worth about $13,000.
