A state police lieutenant will discuss details of a Citizens' Volunteer Observation Pilot Program at the Ken and Patty Adam Senior Center in Eldorado at 6 p.m. Tuesday.

The program teaches residents observation and reporting skills to be used while on patrol in their neighborhoods.
An extension of the Neighborhood Watch Program, the training discourages direct intervention, but prepares residents to effectively support law enforcement agencies in their area.

The Adam Senior Center is located at 16 Avenida Torreon. For more information, call 466-2553.
