The Santa Fe Police Department is investigating the following reports:

  • Jarrauh Mondragon, 24, 1010A Camino Consuelo, was arrested on charges of burglary, robbery, possession of burglary tools, tampering with evidence, larceny, possession of drug paraphernalia, concealing his identity and criminal damage to property after police responded to a report of a 2004 Jeep being burglarized at 4129 S. Meadows Road at 11:34 p.m. Wednesday. He also had an outstanding arrest warrant charging he had failed to appear on a previous charge of assault and battery on a household member.
  • Someone took a laptop computer and $30 in cash from a residence in the 6600 block of Jaguar Drive between 5:30 and 8:54 p.m. Wednesday after damaging a window screen on an unsecured window to gain entry.
  • A compact-disc player and global positioning system were stolen from a 2001 Jeep parked in the 4800 block of Paseo del Sol between 7 and 9 p.m. Wednesday.
  • A teenage girl was reported missing from her home in the 1700 block of Espinacitas Street. Her mother said she last saw the girl Aug. 11 with a 16-year-old boy from Albuquerque.
  • The boyfriend of a patient at an obstetrics-gynecologist's office in the 1600 block of Galisteo Street took a laptop computer and a nurse's wallet and made numerous fraudulent charges on a credit card at 11:30 a.m. Aug. 15, according to a report made on Tuesday.

The Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office is investigating the following reports:

  • A woman on East Azulejo Road reported Thursday that someone had used her credit card to purchase airline tickets without her knowledge.
  • A man at Frijoles Road and N.M. 599 reported Thursday that someone stole parts from his brother-in-law's vehicle.
  • A woman reported Thursday that her son and his friends broke into her residence on Jemez Road and fell asleep in the living room where she found them about 9 a.m. and told them to leave.
  • Noel Balladaras Cardona, 23, no residence provided, was charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and criminal damage to property after deputies responded to a report of a fight in progress in the 3600 block of Gunnison Road late Wednesday. Two people were taken to the hospital for treatment of injuries. When Cardona was questioned, "he replied he had done it all," says the report.
