The Santa Fe Police Department is investigating the following reports:

  • Police arrested Dominic Uranga, 24, 1832 Paseo de la Conquistadora, on Tuesday and charged him with trafficking cocaine and possession of Lortab. Uranga had 14 grams of cocaine, 10 Lortab pills and $810 in cash on him when he was arrested.
  • A loaded .22-caliber handgun was stolen Monday from a residence in the 2800 block of Cerrillos Road.
  • A 42-inch television and jewelry were stolen Monday from a residence in the 2700 block of Calle Cedro.
  • A Santa Fe woman reported Sunday that a mentally ill person kicked her assistance dog in the 500 block of Camino de los Marquez, possibly injuring the animal.

The Santa Fe County Sheriff's Department is investigating the following reports:

  • An unknown person stole approximately 150 bales of hay valued at $1,050 from an unsecured barn in Stanley.
  • A table saw valued at $4,500 was stolen Monday from a construction site on Violet Circle.
  • An unknown person broke in to the Lone Butte General Store on N.M. 14 early Tuesday morning, though it was unclear what was taken.
  • Deputies arrested Armando Torres, 18, 2880 Dail Circle, on Monday and charged him with distribution of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Torres had 11 bags of suspected marijuana, six scales, nine pipes and $112 in cash on him when he was arrested.
