A THEATER WEEKEND

Three children's theater shows will open this weekend:

Southwest Children's Theater presents Sheherazade: 1001 Arabian Nights

Where: Santa Fe Playhouse, 142 East DeVargas St.

When: 6 p.m. Nov. 14; 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. Nov. 21 for the general public and school performances will be offered from Nov. 13 to the 20 on school days.

Cost: $10 for adults; $5 for kids 17 and under. For reservations, call 984-3055 and press 3.

Pandemonium Productions presents Beauty and the Beast

Where: James A. Little Theatre, 1060 Cerrillos Road.

When: 7 p.m., Nov 13; and 2 p.m. Nov. 14, 15, 21 and 22.

Cost: $10 for adults; $6 for kids 12 and under. For reservations, call 982-3327 or visit www.pandemoniumprod.org.

Santa Fe Performing Arts presents The Legend of Sleepy Hollow

Where: Armory for the Arts Theater, 1050 Old Pecos Trail

When: 7 p.m. on Nov. 13, 14, 20 and 21; and 2 p.m. on Nov. 15 and 22.

Cost: $8. For reservations, call 984-1370
