MUCHO GOURMET SANDWICH SHOP, 1711-G Llano St. Cited for high-risk violations for hand sink used to rinse cleaning rags (corrected), foods stored at improper temperatures (corrected), failure to pre-chill tuna (corrected), too-strong sanitizer solution (corrected), problem with dripping freezer condenser ice, employee drinking from open cup in dishwash area (corrected). Cited for moderate-risk violation for dusty shelves, failure to date food items held over 24 hours. Cited for low risk-violations for substandard ceiling tile, plastic spoons store near hand sink, permit not posted. All violations corrected on follow-up inspection.
